This position will initially be on a self-employed basis, allowing you to manage your own workload. Role could possibly lead to full time employed contract in the near future.
Work will be based in: WEST MIDLANDS AREA
You should have experience working on domestic and commercial properties and have all relevant industry accreditations and qualifications.

Qualification Certificates-18th Edition or equivalent
Member of a registered body
£2M Public Liability Insurance
Own Transport & Tools
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
5 years’ trade experience
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Punctual, reliable and honest
Highly motivated and flexible
Salary is dependent on experience and can be negotiated at interview.
